Refund policy

Due to the custom operational and professional nature of our services, all monthly retainers, setup fees, and project deposits for Sovereign Systems Ops LLC are non-refundable once work or onboarding has commenced. 

Subscription Cancellations:
Clients may cancel their recurring monthly retainer at any time prior to the next billing cycle through their account portal or by contacting admin@sovereignsystemsops.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be provided for remaining days in a billing cycle.

Service Adjustments:
If you believe an error was made in billing or service delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the charge date so we can review and resolve the issue.
